How to get support from Coffee Cup Solutions
So you’re a new customer and you’re having some issues? How exactly do you get support from Coffee Cup Solutions?
We like giving support and want to make it as painless as possible for you and your colleagues. So we’ve got a few different ways you can ask for help which are listed below.
Our standard hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. If you have an out of hours contract with us, you’ll be given details on how to use that separately.
System Tray Icon
This is our prefered method of getting support. It means we can jump directly on to your computer and we know exactly who you are.
Once our tools are installed on your device, you’ll have a blue ‘CC’ down by your clock on the system tray. If you can’t see it, it may be hidden in the ^ ‘Show Hidden Icons’ arrow down by the clock.

Create a ticket from the system tray
You can create a ticket direclty from the system tray icon, a bit like the live chat above. The benefit of this over an email is that it tell us a bit of information about the device you are contacting us from.
Just fill the form out and click send and it’ll create a new ticket for you. You’ll also get an email confirming we have your request.

Sometimes you’re not in a position to connect via live chat, or it’s outside of hours. But not to worry, you can always email [email protected] to raise a ticket.
