Biography
Kate is the Office Manager and has been here since 2020, working closely with Hayden. Kate is responsible for the building and facilities making sure that the office space is a pleasant, safe environment for those that use it. She also has full ownership of HR which also includes training and development of staff. She ensures processes are being followed on behalf of our customers, dealing with purchasing and managing resources. No two days are ever the same!
Kate loves the fact that she has responsibility for so many important facets to the company and has recently gained a qualification in Counselling (NCFE CACHE Level 2).
