Over the past few years our company has significantly grown and embraced many changes in all areas of the business, meaning for me it has so far been a very exciting time to work at Coffee Cup!  I have had the opportunity to contribute towards the development and dynamics of our adaptable, vibrant company and I will continue to look to steer the Coffee Cup brand forward in the ways in which we support and provide everything our employees need to successfully deliver the best service possible to all of our customers.  

It is especially rewarding for me to be part of such a forward-thinking company and to work each day alongside an incredibly talented and dedicated bunch of individuals who all have the same focus – customer satisfaction.


Kate is the Office Manager and has been here since 2020, working closely with Hayden. Kate is responsible for making the office space a pleasant, safe environment for those that use it and has ownership of all HR issues, training and H&S etc. She ensures processes are being followed on behalf of our customers, dealing with purchasing and managing resources. Kate deals directly with some of our suppliers and their contracts. Her days are always varied and can involve anything from making sure we have enough coffee in the kitchen to completing due diligence questionnaires for customers.

Kate loves the fact that she has responsibility for so many important facets to the company. Coffee Cup is full to the brim of brilliant people, and we have a fabulous culture.

Kate has predominately worked as a PA for law firms, dabbling in facilities management, HR and IT support in that sector. She is often found watching trashy TV with a glass of wine on the sofa but is also keen on cooking and walking her two dogs Molly and Hugo.
